OVERVIEW

Akkarakalam Memoirs is the ancient home of the Akkarakalam family in the Alleppey district. The property was built about 150 years ago and is today owned by the 4th generation of the Akkarakalam family. The two storied house constructed with wood and brick on the banks of the Pampa river still maintains its ancient look and feel. Guests can spend time on houseboats as well.
