THINGS TO DO

Jeep safari – You can spot various animals like the Royal Bengal Tiger, Sambhar Deer, Monkeys, Elephants, Leopards, Otters, Barking Deers and many birds. And while you are busy spotting the tiger, you can also soak in the rich flora & fauna of the Jim Corbett Park – a total of 488 different species. The jeep safari allows the wildlife enthusiast to cover large distances in the jungle in a short span of time, allowing tourists, wildlife lovers and photographers to cover large tracts of park in a day. Open jeep roofs allow for a good 360 degree view of the wild jungle around, while the vehicle also provides ample security to the animal watchers.

Body surfing – Body Surfing is a unique activity which is only conducted in the Kyari region of Ramnagar, just a stone’s throw from the resort. Be ready to swim with the waves and let the motion of the current take you. It is interesting to note that, during body surfing, you can steer yourself just like the playful seals. You can ride the wave for as long as you wish but you will need to streamline your body.

Biking in the forest – Forest cycling means self-contained cycling trips for pleasure, adventure and autonomy rather than sport, commuting or exercise. The participants will ride bicycles along gentle routes through foothills, villages, and farmlands with a few mildly challenging routes in the forest, along forest streams to explore nature and forests at their best.

River Crossing – Here a rope is tied from one end of the river to the other and once crosses the river while hanging on the rope. From the other set of parallel ropes, one comes back (traversing) standing on one rope and holding on to the other rope.

Nature Trek – From rejuvenating bird songs to exploring untouched forest, you will experience the beautiful effect of nature’s love in the vicinity of Kyari village. While you are on a guided village walk, you get the opportunity to interact with locals and you can witness the simplicity of their day to day life in the most natural way, be it farming or building homes.
