Brahmaputra River Cruises- Brahmaputra is the only navigable river from which you can spot the Himalayas. Take short or long cruises to absorb the verdant nature of Assam and to never know, you might just spot wildlife on the bank or the critically endangered river dolphins.
Navagraha Temple- Navagraha means nine planets and the temple is dedicated to the nine planetary gods. Built in 1752 AD during the reign of King Rajesvar Singh the temple was destroyed in an earthquake before being rebuilt with corrugated steel.
Kamakhya Temple- This 8th century temple is dedicated to the goddess Kamakhya and is one of the 52 Shakti Pithas.
Umananda Temple- Umananda Temple is situated on Brahmaputra’s Peacock Island which is the smallest river island in the world.
